Goodbye 5 DIMES and offshore

Well I just tried to deposit into 5 Dimes using my debit card like I have for over 2 years. AND BOOM it got REJECTED!!!!! I knew this was coming, but was hoping it would carry me till April 2011.

I know I know I can ** 300 to them and they will pay my fees, but during football season that is not how I work. I like to take 100 dollar shots every few weeks and try to roll it into something. I got a line with two different locals, but they do not offer ANY of the flexibility that The Greek or 5 Dimes offer. During football season I love to play teasers and big 6 and 7 team parlays with buying loads of points. Normally I hit big once every few weeks for about a dime or so when I played that way last year. I know its more of a crapshoot, but It was fun.

I guess I need to just work some extra details and then deposit into 5D, but for now the CC is done and I just see it getting harder and harder to deposit.

Anybody else got any recommendations?

I use Green Dot VC that you buy at CVS or Walgreens and it works every time. Your temp card isnt good for international but when you get your real one in the mail it works EVERY time. Also if you send ** it only cost 8 bucks to send 100 because I do it all the time.

ewallett express at whatever books offer it. Easy deposits via this method. It's basically like writing an instant deposit. They draw straight from your bank account and then you transfer from ewallett to your book.

Was your debit card not a VC card? Their VC processor works great or at least I've had no troubles.

well.. I was hoping to go pro and yesterday I opened an account with 5 dimes but I was unable to transfer any money. I tried **********....no luck and I tried m/c still no luck so I thought screw it and tried bodog and I still had trouble guess maybe it's a sign............don't be an idiot and keep my money

Books only take VC Cards now. Bodog took M/C earlier in the year, but not anymore. I have 2 different Chase cards, and neither have had a problem working. One is my Debit Card, and one is a Chase credit card.

They are the worst agents [or bosses they claim to be] I have ever had dealings with.

Also, they claim there are no fees for their members! Wow!
"We" don't charge our customers any fees, but they forget to tell you about the arm and leg[ I call hidden fees] if you use ** for instance, for funding.
And I asked several times ,"are their any hidden fees?" Their response, no,"we do not charge our customers any fees."
Downright deceitful!

I think it's complete lie anyway, because later, after I threw a fit about that ** fee, they later stated that any Book will get a 3.5 withdrawal fee. Are they not customers?

I used a VC debit card with 5 dimes this week, and had no problems with it...they apparently take any VC.

Did you try calling them to see if they could use a different processor for your card? DSI got my Wachovia debit card to work, so 5 Dimes should be able to as well.

For future reference be careful with e.wallet.xpress.. new people using that method have to sign a waiver and you cannot withdraw for 30 days after depositing

Same shit happened to me. It was the browser. Internet Explorer is what you should use when you want to deposit without a hitch at these offshore books.
