Only gun story I remember was off the EOG/RX/MW beaten path and was over at LVA I think it was. I know over there someone with links to the place had some stories along these lines. Russ took a few ass beatings, Roberto got some ass down by the pool, but don't recall either one being involved in a gun incident. My memory like everything else has faded a bit though, maybe some other vets can recall the story.Comment -

I am posting this because I think it is extremely hypocritical what Paul tried to do to me last night given the situation he is in now with others.
I am going to start from the beginning as the background is relevant to the what happened last night.
Baker put me into some accounts in preperation for the WNBA. He said that he took half the action that was put into the account. He said we would settle up after each week, no matter the figure.
The first week, the accounts lost a combined figure of $5400. I had completely forgot about a bullshit account that had won $400 so I thought the figure was $5800. He called me first thing Monday morning wanting to settle. Nevermind waiting until Thursday like everyone else in the business does, he wanted it Monday morning. These are the first alarm bells that went off in my head. But a debt is a debt, and I paid him $2900. Come to find out, he pays the agent the actual figure of $5400, so I overpaid him by $200 and he didn't even tell me. He took a ******* shot at me for $200! LOL
So the next week, the figure is coming my way. Obviously, I added in another $200 for what I overpaid him the week prior. The figure was $1875 my way. You had better believe that if he was going to make me pay a small figure the week prior on a Monday, I was going to do the same thing. So I called him on Monday, and of course, he was MIA. Couldn't get ahold of the guy. What is important about the figure this particular week is that it was not only WNBA action in the account. I had also bet and won a dime on a UFC fight. I only took $500 of that win and he got the other half. I never thought twice about it, we had agreed that we split all the action in the account. He never corrected the figure or said that I had overpaid him or that he did not have half of the UFC bet. Wednesday rolls around and he finally texts me saying that we are just going to carry the figure since he did not have any post up of mine and wanted it to cover any future losses, should there be any. This all happened on Wednesday night. I told him that was unacceptable, that I wanted to see his ability to pay, etc. He never responded back. However, earlier that day was the infamous Spain vs USA soccer wager. I laid 14k to win 4k on Spain. I did not want that much, I got down double because I knew he had half. Well, of course the bet lost.
So Baker tries to tell me, after the game had been long finished, that he did not have half of that bet. I told him bullshit, he took half the UFC bet and didn't mind collecting, and that he will not be freerolling me on soccer bets. This is all happening last night on the phone, mind you. He finally says "so are you not going to pay for the whole bet?" I told him no, that I would be paying what I legitimately owe; half. He said "Well, you better move back to Colorado then. I'm coming to your house right now." He hung up.
I immediately called Cutter, whose house I live in, and told him Paul was on his way over here and to get down here with his guns (I knew he wasn't crazy went he went and bought those).
Eventually, Baker got to my house and parked on the street out front. He called me and said "I am outside, come bring me my money." I told him fat ******* chance. He made threats against my life and against my car. He said "You have 5 minutes," and hung up. I called a 3rd party who is the one who gets paid and pays out on any of those accounts wins/losses and told him that Paul was trying to extort money and strong arm me. At that time, Cutter also called the 3rd party (who is owed a large amount by Paul) and said you better call Paul and tell him to get the hell away from my house if you ever want a cent that is owed to you because I'll blow his head off.
The 3rd party must have called Baker because at that point, he drove off in that BMW financed by many members here. We came very close to having a justifiable homicide last night.
Paul has not tried contacting me since this episode.
Clearly, I am in the right about this bet. If you take action on a UFC bet that wins but conveniently not on a soccer bet that loses, that is called a free roll. Ultimately, Baker is responsible for the account. After his bullshit strong arm tactics last night, I am tempted to not pay a single ******* dollar of my half. But I want to continue to work with the un-named 3rd party so I will pay that.
To all of the people that are owed money from Baker:
Baker has no problems trying to strong arm someone into paying 7k that they do not even legitimately owe. Please take that into consideration. There are several people that are out 6 figures and many more that are out in the mid 5 figure range. I hope that his little act last night might motivate you to do something more to him.
To Baker:
Cutter has left me his shotgun here. If you try to come to my house one more time, I will not hesitate to use it.

i have never in my life feared a poster except for Russ..
man, that kid was nuts. what a temper on him.. he'd call my house frequently and he'd yell so loud at me on the phone that even my neighbors could hear him from 3 blocks away. and he'd be yelling at me for no reason.. like if i posted something he didn't like, or i said something bad about someone or some book.. he was a nut.
so many times when he'd calm down and be nice to me, he'd let me know he's in MTL and would want to meet. no freakin way i was going to meet him. i swear i was scared for my life. and he was always in montreal too. he lives just outside MTL.
he once told me my idol Guy Lafleur was at the same restaurant down the street from my house and to come and meet him.. i got all dressed to go and JJ talked me out of going. i am now sure he would have murdered me in the back alley. that's how much he was nuts.

richie doesn't have to bust his balls to fight anyone.. he carries a gun at all times.. that is why i'd duck behind him if we were attacked. behind him is the safest place you can be.. he will take care of these guys for us.. richie is a nut. he's not scared of jail. he's been in and out of prison now 4 times.. he did 8 yrs of hard time once at a maximum penitentiary for attempted murder.
don't mess with richie. he always has a gun on him, and he's not scared to pull that trigger. as long as richie is with me, i will feel safe, even if a gang of brothas attack us.. it's just more bullets richie will have to waste and more work for him to pull that trigger.
