It does matter, but the difference is Sporting Options tried to gain market share from Betfair thus using questionable method to increase liquidity, while MB is The Betfair for US. Also the payout record is the best indicator. Anybody heard of slow pay from MB?

            1. What is so horrible about about MB software that you cann't mention specifically?
            2. Here are the rates:
            "
            How It Works
The new system is based on bet size, regardless of whether your trade wins or loses. If you accept an offer, the fee is 1.0%. If you post an offer that is accepted, not only is there no fee, but Matchbook will pay you 0.2%. As demonstrated lately on many financial exchanges, liquidity explodes when people are paid to make offers.
            How We Calculate the Rate
Commission rates of 1.0% or -0.2% will be applied to the lesser of your "bet" or "to win" amount. So regardless of whether you bet $1,000 to win $5,000, or $5,000 to win $1,000, your bet size is treated as only $1,000. In both cases, you pay $10 in commissions if you accept an offer, or you are paid $2 if your offer is accepted.
            Live Trading Rates
In response to client feedback, Matchbook has reduced live rates to 0.5% accept side, -0.2% offer side. Our current goal is to encourage more live market-making, which we hope outweighs any cost increases to accept-side-only, multi-team traders."

What "specifically" so confussing about them? As easy as pie.

MATCHBOOK should be in everyone's arsenal, if not, I feel sorry for them.

I find it hard to feel sorrow for those who won't help themselves

The only thing I dislike about Matchbook is their CS. Chat is almolst never working. Also, depositing and withdrawing options are limited. Still, Matchbook advantages outweigh their pitfalls. Matchbook for the win.

Why is CS and Chat so important to so many?
I have rarely ever needed to use chat anywhere. Most books I use don't even have it.
The only time I ever had a real issue at MB I used email and got timely responses.

Why then, only above average for MB 's rating?

Is it "business" on SBR'S behalf?
