PLayed JV my freshman year. Sophmore year I decided to be a goon and ended up expelled from school. Barely got the grades when they allowed me to come back my sophmore year. Played and started varsity my Junior and Senior year. Played LT and DT my position of choice would have been LB but we needed big bodies on the line. I made the Washington Post damn near every day. Our RB that year ran for 1000 yds which was the first time in almost a decade at our school. Senior year ended up making the All-Star team for PG County. Won the game and had offers from various schools around the East Coast. And ofcourse right before I graduate I feel pain in my back. I get it checked out and I had a ruptured disk. Never played a down again. Funny how we went 1-9 my senior year yet I still went to the AllStar game and got recognized by some schools. Just sucks but gotta keep moving on. I cant say I wasnt depressed a bit when this happened, but I look at life and i can honestly say, I probably deserved it or much more for all the harm ive cost people in my life throughout the years. Gosh im crying right now thinking of what could have been.. I could have been rigging the games for you fellow guys here instead im watching them from the comfort of my parents home.

SG on my basketball team on Varsity from sophomore year to senior year. I didn't play freshman year. I ran track all four years and we never lost the 4x400m relay in our league during my four years. Went to a couple invitationals, one at Stanford where colleges were also there. Sadly, my sophomore year was my best for track, cuz then after that I kept pulling hamstrings n shit like that. Ran a 11.2 100 my sophomore year and didn't get much faster after that cuz of fuckn injuries

I remember one time we played against Jeremy Lin who is on the Warriors now, some asian guy. He scored like at least 30 and just drove by everyone and took it to the rim every single time. Lol, I had no idea he was goin to the NBA though.

Stealthy, I was at that game where Harvin single-handedly won the team a state title. I just remember Percy breaking almost every tackle.

Where you from burrito? My team played landstown in the state championship game and Keith Payne (starting RB for Virginia now) played both ways and ending up holding Harvin to 50 yards and no td's. Anways played four years of varsity football in high school, started for 3. But too small (6' 220) to play on the line in college

                              yes terper, it was incredible.

no way we could prepare for the guy, we had no one that could replicate his speed.

honestly our coaches almost seemed to downplay how good he was.

we found out a few days in before states that he was being recruited by florida and other big time schools (not from the coaches though).

Norther Virginia, played for Robinson secondary. we played lansdown in states 04.

if my memory serves me correctly you guys played them the next year. you guys faired a lot better then us.

I played a couple of year of JV, started for them and was lucky to make the playoff roster in 04 (was a third stringer varsity, but got bumped up to second following an injury).

                                like you i was also undersized (5' 10" 225)

Keith payne's cool, i go to uva now and love his resurgence this year. he will be critical for us if we're gonna have some success in conference play.

Im sure that made you guys shit your panties before the game. I remember every year scrimaging against some of the BEST HS football programs. We would always play DeMatha and Coolidge in the preseason. I wont ever forget my coach telling me that DeMatha's defense was some shit. We were all laughing like shit we knew they was all D1 talented recruits.

yeah our league was relatively easy compared to other DC area divisions, we were basically a big fish in a small pond. we cakewalked through the regular season schedule except for one team we played from maryland (wish i could remember). beat em but mostly thanks to our D.

the metro area is a fukkin hotbed for D1 talent, those kids can compete with any teams in the nation.
