i have seen brock swing a bat and all i can say is it was tough on the eyes. i've had many nightmares of it since that day.. one of worst displays of hitting i have ever seen in my life.. and i have seen girls take some swings.... i swear he swings like a little girl..

we can be sure of one thing.. brock landers will not win the batting title in his league and his team has no chance of winning the championship.. UNLESS....... he sits on the bench and only gets the call in the last inning to play outfield for defensive purposes.. but don't let him in that batters box..

Brock you sore?

I played softabll for almost 15 years, 4 nights a week and 3 weekends a month for years. Boy do I miss it.

Anyways every year without fail I would be sore as hell after the first game/tournament of the year from swinging the bat.

Only thing I could really do well athletically speaking these days is hit a softball. Hard line drive down the right field line and I am a right hand hitter.

Just remember this pointer Brock, move your feet in the batters box. This isn't baseball where you stand still so you want to move around a bit, not be stiff and get that bat way off your body. A long HARD swing is what you want with your arms way back when your front foot touches the ground almost like you are winding up like with a tennis racket to hit a ball as hard and far as you can.

i am sore, in my big toes especially, i had gout flare ups in the last 3 years twice, i am think it permanently fukked my big toe joints.
