    SEC Conference...
Tonight proves it again, the SEC is just that much better than everybody.
The real national championship game was played in Atlanta a few weeks ago. I was really pulling for OSU in this one too, but they just didn't match up with LSU.

there is little chance you suggested that prior to the bowl games being played. all wvu had to do was beat pitt, at home. they didnt deserve anything.

LSU should send a fruit basket to Dave Wannstat. If Pitt doesn't beat West Virginia, LSU would not have played in the game.

Same last year when UCLA beat USC, to put Florida in the game.

You can send fruit baskets all over the ****ing place this year. Just don't send one to the BCS for trying as hard as they can to dismantle a great product.

SEC was that much better than the Big 10 that was for sure, I don't know about the rest, I think USC was tough this season also and they clobbered Ill which beat Ohio State. I think LSU and USC would have been a really good football game.

This sets up a 3 peat for the SEC next year as Georgia has just taken a blue chip recruit away from Clemson to put them at number 1 in recruiting this year in the nation. Even if they were dead last in that category, GA still would return absolutely loaded on both sides of the ball and at every position. 2 heisman candidates with Sophomore Moreno and Junior Stafford. They should be the fav. to win it next year. But then again there is the SEC schedule.

I say any team that wins the SEC championship should automatically play in the national championship. Its just not fair otherwise.

Not to mention the fact that you can say almost all the exact same things about Florida except that they will return the current Heisman Trophy winner and Heisman hopeful Percy Harvin.

Mofo, good point, South Carolina beat this UGA team in Athens this year. The SEC East is going to be ridiculous next year.
