I had the same problem yesterday, I talked with bookmaker and they said since I already had an account, I couldn't set up another.

I PM'd Lou last night - haven't heard anything yet.

Bookmaker says that this issue occurred on accounts that did not signup with the bonus code as listed in the 1st post of thread. Accounts that don't use bonus code are considered 'normal' accounts so fraud dept flagged them.

Please complete the signup process again and PM me with your new temporary account #'s, and let me know if any issues persist.

Just set mine up had no problem I went to BM on my Iphone put my current info in and under it was a place that said new acct. went there and it let me sign up for and other acct. hope this helps !!!!!!!!!!!!!
