It used to be sogood out there for coupon fun books. Now the casinos turned themselves into eye candy by spending all the money on fountains and such that they figure it's a privilege just to be at their casino.I'm surprised they don't charge admission.Give me old Vegas any day where by hoarding coupons like match plays you could pay for you flight, room and meals.

I think Hooters still gives a good fun book with a $25 match play.I know The Hard Rock does too with a bigger matchplay.Someone said $50 matchplay?Terribles gives decent coupons.Oh,and you can get a funbook called The Fremonst Street experience at their kiosk in the middle of Fremont Street. They recently had four, buy 1,get 1 free buffets from the downtown buffets including for the Mainstreet Station which is a good one. There are more places that give $100 slot play refunds and such.Google for them, you will at least see who's offering stuff like that.

Coupons are good for a few thousand a year if one lives in Vegas.......roughly on par with SBR POINTS.

Fish: I noticed that a lot of the casino promos are for out of state residents only, and a few are for instate only.

If you become certain of moving there , would you advise reporting your DL as lost, get a replacement, then turn in your replacement for a Nv DL ? This way you'd out of state ID just for casino purposes. I'd never use it for any other purpose like driving. Is that in your plans ?

I don't think many people can net a few dimes with SBR points, BTW. I can't do much with them, maybe a couple of hundred in FP since it started.

Seems to me you don't get the hotel issued books unless you check in at that particular hotel.
