Flight from Philadelphia is roughly half hour,you spend more time on the tarmac than in the air
Pre 9/11 I could get to the airport at 8 AM be downtown by 10:30 now it's closer to noon
Your best bet if you traveling with a lot of cash is to take the flight from Allentown and change in Albany(or some upstate NY rat hole town) takes a lot longer but For whatever reason Canadian Customs hassles travelers from Phila,Newark,Lagurdia and JFK..seems a great deal of "something" is moved via those flights
