I can get that page rebuilt somewhere else with an even more rudimentary knowledge of excel.

Probably under $200 and 3 days, you could hire someone to put that thing together having no clue what to do. Knowing someone with basic web skillz... Probably look closer to minutes than hours to get something that horrid looking up.
