    Having many books funded and a big bankroll doesn't guarantee success. Pretty much everyone should never gamble on sports, poker or casino or anything else with money that isn't disposable and used for fun. As time goes on- it's like anything else. You need to wager more to get excitement, need a faster car, need a bigger house. We are always chasing bigger and better things. The next high.

    Play for fun, don't expect to win, and keep your wagers small.

    Good point. The more you have in the account the more you will wager.

    A few guys here are pros( ask them) they have discipline but they can't win much but they stay in the game because they flat bet.

    How is preaching responsible gambling a troll? I know how difficult it is to make money in this industry. I've done so at the highest stages of poker, DFS and now sports betting. Too many get into this expecting to make money or think it's easy to do so. It's not.

    Rather have people addicted to gambling in society than smoking crack shooting needles addictions. Everyone is addicted to something. Be it alcohol, drugs, sex, criminal activity, video games whatever it is gambling is still one of the "better" addictions. It's not good but it's better than most of the alternate addictions to be had. If you have kids and you're gambling away money to care for them shame on you. If you have expandable money and are addicted to sports action and craps then whatever it's your life have fun. Gambling is all about knowing your limits both high and low. I've seen so many people in casinos up hundreds or thousands of dollars and they don't quit and go have a nice meal and leave. They stay and give it all back. Gotta know when to say when.
