Yes, also omitted real garlic, consume 5 days a week

Recommend the WILD blueberries at Costco, 2x more powerful than non-wild.

With 25+ years of wagering/investing mainly value/model type, bias dogs ect ect... Just using common sense tells me TOTALS are the way to go, and with the availability of options like live wagering and even middle opportunities for the advance punter your risk to the downside is minimal. ATS is fun but the variables are just not worth the time/$$ your investing. Just glancing at the mlb over/unders this year just like with all other years and sports the %'s never vary by more than 5%. Just a basic model can find great opportunity for totals

Some good posts in this thread:
*Props to Tommie in post 17.
*Thank you, Veriable. One observation for you on Totals:...the PLAYERS betting into the Totals market are terrible! On the videos I see...players bet along the lines of:
    ...two high-scoring teams, go over.
    ...two low-scoring teams, go under.

As if the # doesn't matter. They'll go over 78 and under 37...and then complain about getting pipped at the gun.

just read this sorry not here much at all. One formula is a high scoring against a fighting team with variance enough that scoring isn't going to be the issue- this is for overs

Not bad, I would qualify the chasing steam part though, unless your playng it all, you have to really understand that type of market. Steam chasers don't always win and it's a questionable strategy without qualification. Further, blindly chasing steam will contradict something you say later about learning what every sportsbook will tolerate and don't go over it.

Maybe you just meant bet size and percentage gained or even ROI in that book, but that also entails what type of betting the book will tolerate.

Risk management 101, for the unsophistcated risk management guy who doesn't want to work, teaches to watch for steam chasers.
