    under 9.5 would have been preferred. But you need to stay under 10 to win in either case. I don't know if you know this trend or not, but there is literally none stronger in baseball, its pretty much the only position play i make ever make in the rare instances its even offered, which isn't often, because the players can't see from the glare from the rocks in center field at that time of day
