    Morant Likely out Game 4

NBC sports edge reporting that. Last line I saw was State-9. Might be the end of the road for the GRIZZ.

Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins said on Sunday that there's a "really good chance" that Ja Morant (right knee) will miss Monday's game against the Warriors.

It goes without saying that this is a huge development in the series, as the Grizzlies trail by a 2-1 margin going into Game 4. There's still debate as to whether or not Warriors' guard Jordan Poole was the cause of Morant's knee injury, and the league office has yet to decide anything in that regard. If Morant is unable to play on Monday that would thrust Tyus Jones into the spotlight. He performed well when filling in for Morant during the regular season, and would be a very popular DFS option for Monday's slate.

The NBA will not take any further action after reviewing the play in which Grizzlies guard Ja Morant injured his right knee during Saturday's Game 3 loss to the Warriors.

With the Grizzlies operating under the belief that Jordan Poole pulling on Ja Morant's right knee was what caused the All-Star guard's knee injury, the NBA reviewed the play on Sunday. Not only will there be no suspension for Poole, but the league also decided against upgrading the play to a flagrant foul (category one or two). While Poole will be good to go for Game 4 on Monday, serving as the Warriors' sixth man, it appears likely that Morant will not be healthy enough to play.

It was the end of the road for them even with Morant. They've been outplayed all three games. The biggest factor in these three games was Bane's back issues. With his ability to shoot the three they were closer to Golden State but with him being a shell of himself. Morant playing or not playing wasnt going to matter in the end result

Ja Morant (right knee bone bruise) has been ruled out of Game 5 against the Warriors on Wednesday and is considered doubtful for the remainder of the playoffs.

Morant has been diagnosed with a bone bruise in his right knee and is considered doubtful to return for the remainder of the playoffs. Expect Tyus Jones to slide into the starting lineup going forward and is a solid player to look at for DFS.
