Once a game has started it's up to the umpire to call the game. Prior to the game it's up to the home team to make the call. The game can be called by the umpire (he has to wait at least 30 minutes into the delay to call a game) at anytime. If the home team is ahead after 4.5 innings they will get the win. If it's at least 5 innings the away team would get the win if their leading. Anything less than that is made up at a later date and none of the players stats will count. If the game is tied after the 4.5 then it resumes at that point at a later date.

Postseason games are at the discretion of the commish.

I think there's also a rule about continuing a game after a certain hour. It maybe just for the National league though??

it was abou the fact i bet a 2 team parlay the under in the cardinals game to the under in the indians game. the under in the indians game was 9.6 and they had 13 in the top of the 5th and the rain came and washed it away. the cardinals won 4-3 so i won!
