Is anyone taking the Yankees tonight

Ryu the blue Jay's starting pitcher seems to be fading late into this season. Yankees can score some early runs and get into Jay's bullpen.

    Be careful here.
While true Ryu shit the bed last start, Twins usually smack LHP around.
I don't know WTF happened in that Balty start, I didn't see any of it, so I'm just going to chalk that start up as a brain fart.
And the start before that Ryu made these same Yankees his personal meat puppets completely shutting them down.

Yanks really don't kill LHP (they're a little over middle of the pack v. LHP) stirke out a lot.
Ryu is 2-0 v. NYY with 1.88 ERA.

Tallion is what is he, a decent middle of the rotation guy.
He is having a nice September though.

If Ryu is to lose it'll probably be on a HR from one of the Yankees right-handed hitters.
Let's not lose sight of the fact that the Jays lead all of MLB is homers, second in average, and on and on and on.
    (And they swipe bases too)

At +114 (as of 08:00) there's no edge here IMO.
    +114 is pretty sharp.
I'll check back around 4pm and check out the line again.
    Let's see.

    I'm going to pass.
    Best of luck Slayer.

Don't think you're going to see it.
What you see is pretty much what you're going to get.

Jays are -130/+110 to win the series.

I see Sale and the Sox dropped ten cents *down* to -257
If you want Boston tonight to get even money you have to lay -2.5 runs.
    No thanks.

Game of the night may very well be Cards/Brews
Pretty much a man to man pick 'em
    (Wain-O/Woodruff)

Thing is both teams really don't need it.
Brews are division champs and locked in, Cards magic number is one for the last playoff spot, for all intents and purposes they're in too.

Well they say that momentum in baseball is today's pitcher but that yanks sweep might have broken the sox. They have the easiest remaining schedule. I'm getting something out of this series. It might take two games.

    It's a razor sharp line.
I'm leaning Toronto, not enough to play them though.

    Best of luck Darkside.
I can stream the police dramas tomorrow, I'll be locked into this NYY/Tor game tonight.
I don't need skin in this game to watch all nine innings.
    (Unless it's 8-0 early)

Good job LB, I couldn't do it, glad you cashed.

    Nice cash Harry.
You're one of the good ones here, nice to see you strut up to the pay window with that drink in one hand and that 100 dollar Havana in the other hand.

I said it twice, I thought that line was razor sharp and couldn't find an edge either way.
I don't need to bet a baseball game to sit down and just watch a game of relevant importance for three hours.
Baseball to me is like most of the NFL junkies here, I can just keep on watching it.

Pitching usually beats hitting, the World Series winners from the past 25 years proves that out.
17 of those were won with better pitching teams than hitting teams.
From the Braves of the mid 90's to the Angels a decade later, to KC in 2015 with that bullpen etc.
The last super team (Yanks of the late 90's) won with everything, from Cone and Clemens and Pettitte, to Stanton (the relief pitcher) setting up Rivera etc.
And on offense, Tino and Paulie and Jeter....

Not to mention that other super team the 116 win 2001 Mariners (just because they lost in the ALDS doesn't mean they weren't a super team)

People forget that team had four 15 game winners on that staff and can't name two of them.

    Nice cash again last night.

    Yo, dude.
We had this talk last month.
    You sir are uncanny.
You're truly the king of value.
    Very nice cash.

Last eight or so games I've checked you out you've hit seven of them, with spot on insight too.

    Continue the go brother.
    Unreal.

Taking the Yankees-110. AGAIN today Staton is red hot and Cole has great numbers against the Bluejays here
Cole owns the Blue Jays, going 5-1 with a 2.81 ERA and 0.958 WHIP in eight career starts against them. He’ll be opposed by Jose Berrios, who is 2-2 with a 4.38 ERA and 1.581 WHIP in five career starts against the New York
