We still need a wallet to send BTC to books?

Has anyone tried sending directly from Coinbase to a BOL, BM lately?

I send from Coinbase to BM and it takes about 20 minutes. Sent $2500 yesterday. Coinbase has high fees but you know the deal, just part of the game.

I still go through one of my wallets. Only because people that seem to know/understand crypto wayyyy better than me, have always suggested, or said to do it that way. [WDIK[shoulder shrug]

I honestly don't think it matters anymore.

If Bitcoin is truly anonymous, and books disguise themselves anyhow, the middle-man doesn't seem necessary

If your using Bm just go to a Bitcoin ATM bm will cover the fees. Just email them a copy of the transaction. Simple.

Bitcoin is only anonymous if you, the sender, remain anonymous, which you are not if you are KYC-ing at exchanges such as coinbase

I always used blockchain in between when sending bitcoin but lately been sending Litecoin (almost instant) so send straight to BM. All withdraws an in between though. Just as long as CB sees you have held coin I don't think it matters.

2 years ago I got same email others have got from Gemini asking what I use them for. Haven't used since. Figure if get shut down CB it would be a blessing as usually use debit card and eat mass fees.

Regardless, I just don't think Coinbase and the rest of them give a sh!t anymore.
Especially with all of the legalization in the states.

Seems to me, the less of a footprint you have anywhere is a good thing.

Use a wallet, only takes one time to be burned. Anything else is bad advice. Use Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash to deposit, it's fast and fees are nonexistent compared to Bitcoin.

So I want to deposit to BM for NFL season, and I see they are giving crypto bonuses to boot. But I don't know jack about crypto. I'm looking at the litecoin site and it looks like I can take the address from BM and drop it in there, buy the coin with a debit card, and done.

Do I have this right and is this safe? I see guys here saying get a wallet, which seems like more rigamarole. penetrate, I'd just use ** but they are giving the decent bonus to make me screw around with crypto so I'm going to try. Sorry I am an old fart who doesn't like change lol. Appreciate any advice.

You may or may not be anonymous but your transactions are not. Plenty of cyber crypto security companies poping up tracking all transactions that their clients want them to to keep them compliant in accordance to US law like patriot act and KYC. No such thing as 100% anonymous anymore middle man wallet or not

100 percent true. There is nothing anonymous about bitcoin anymore.

Anyone that is "verified" by some of these wallets - is it better to use Passport or DL? I'd like to get verified at a few of these, Blockchain, Trust and Krackon , so I can dump 1-2k into some of those high APY coins/tokens. But at same time I don't trust scanning front and back of my DL so that it's out into the ether of the WWW.
