The Paypal posts are Legit.100% all I did was copy and paste...obviously not including
the Transaction ID # and my name but all for real..
Paypal will look into any Dispute with any seller or ,in fact , any company or person you pay if
there is a retroactive problem with the product or service you have received...
Same as a credit card.....
If you get gypped by a US Sporstbook....speak up.
Filing a dispute is not a cchhaarrggeebacckk.....but a request for an impartial hearing.
Sort of like taking someone to small claims court ,so to speak....
If your claim has merit ..you will have an excellent chance of having your funds returned.

IT IS "THE FIRST REAL-MONEY BET" as specified in the Fanduel OFFER.
FANDUEL TRIED TO SAY ...THAT THE BONUS THEY PLACED IN THE ACCOUNT WAS
IN FACT.....A REAL MONEY BET.....which was wagered first....
and of course we know a bonus/freeplay is not cash real money...it has to be wagered prior with a rollover..
and is not withdrawable....
While newly deposited funds do constitute "REAL MONEY"

pal i already been through the FD free play bonus offer for PA last year it was $500 at that time and I did lose my first bet a $500 bet and i had the free play available to try again the next day... no issues. I read the rules when when I signed up.

Yes, lost the first, $1000 popped into the account the next day, won, cashed most of it out, all very smooth

Wow, this guy is a stud, manages to get Fandual to ignore their rules and give him $1000 freeplay, almost instantly upon asking.
Plus he manages to get his $1000 reversed by Paypal as well.
To get Paypal to reverse a deposit for a big company like Fanduel suggests it was clearly fraud on the books part.
And Paypal did that and resolved/closed his dispute and paid him in under 24 hours!
Bloody amazing stuff. We need to get Winky to look after complaints for SBR he is so good at this.
And the "casino control board" tells you they don't know what's going on at Fanduel they are so over run with complaints. Also amazing to be able to get a license issuer to talk that way about the licensees. You're better at this than me Winnky And totally believable.

Spoke to Paypal agent ....many Fanduel disputes presently
They are well known for deceptive Marketing and always have been ...
Paypal Security and Legal Team are well aware .....
Years back they advertised and blasted the TV and radio with their Fantasy Sports "Deposit $200 Get $200"
angle...."We match whatever u put in..." Guaranteed"
The only thing they didnot tell u was that they only put in $5 for every $100 you wager...
which meant, to get the full $200 u had to wager $4000!!
A landslide of complaints and Bad PR.....
Public record...
Depositors were pissed.
Bottom line...Fanduel thinks they can offer anything and say anything to get sign ups..
F***K EM..... They are a bunch of thieving whores.
and I believe alot of the Fanduel Insiders win those Fantasy Football Contests....

The only person that stated I received the $1000 back both from Fanduel AND the Paypal was you.
So I guess you know more than I do...You are the "expert" on all sportsbook issues...self proclaimed.
Obviously, the Paypal dispute was ruled in my favor quickly....and once that transpired....during the same time Fanduel was dragging their feet on their decision...
Paypal simply beat them to the punch...and yes ...there was no one more surprised than myself they ruled so quickly.
but they did note that they heard from Fanduel....so something Fanduel said swayed them ..
Maybe Fanduel told them outright that I was correct...and Paypal just opted to rule in my favor based on that.
Whether you wish to believe that or not...I could care less.

And of course I am sure Fanduel willnot add an additional $1000 to my account....
Probably suspend the account ..but no worries....far better options elsewhere...and after this experience
wouldn't deposit a plug nickel into a Faduel account and I would suggest you
RUN AND HIDE when u see the Fanduel Brand....and tell everyone to steer clear of this operation.
Their Marketing team is very aggressive and they will indeed, push the envelope...
They are successful but not the type of company I wish to do business with as there are so many better
companies you can trust...US based AND definitely Offshore.
Don't think for a moment just because these are US companies they are 100% fair and legit.
Their Marketing team is way ahead of you with angles better than Euclid.

Underdog...yes I was surprised ...they told me the vendor had 10 days to answer....
My guess is Fanduel has had alot of Paypal and Credit Card company disputes and chargebacks and the powers that be are more than wise to their marketing techniques that are skewed and self serving....You can't fool all of the people all of the time..The Legal teams they have at the major Charge Card companies and Paypal look at the #'s of violations...and when the "actuarial" tables are
out of whack that raises a red flag...I believe that Fanduel has had so many disputes over the years that when the Department sees their name
and your case has a degree of merit...the decision has already been made. IMO

Shot takers should be banned
Opened accounts with a # of new books USA that offered the $1000 risk free .....Had around $7000 in wagers
that I offsetted with my Offshore wagers....worst case scenario lose around 9% if I lose the offshore wager...If I win the offshore
hedge and lose the USA $1000 Risk Free ...I would get the 2nd chance Risk Free $1000 (Freeplay/bonus worth only $500 cash
but collect -110 on my offshore wager AND get the $1000 Freeplay..that would be the upside
Not a "shot taker" at all....lost 7 bets won 7 bets 1 "push" on Fanduel that actually won on the other side of wager
so good on that one...and received the refund as they tried to screw me on the Risk Free offer.
Won 4 offshore and lost 3 offshore...still waiting on 1 book to Add the $1000 ..all others good...
with the exceptional of Fanduel ...don't think they will show me much love here on in..
I think I lost around $90 on each of the Offshore vs USA book wagers and ahead a $1000 "Freeplay on 4...which is really $500
per...that cost me the juice around $90 per $1000...
but not withdrawable...I have to play thru 1x prior to withdraw....so I guess I will figure out so I am in the ++..
not too difficult...even some of the posters here could figure it out.

Some of my friends got refunded because they only put $100 down I’m still waiting on 950
FanDuel is amazing. I have extra $ show up frequently in my account. Lots of extra bonuses for the site being down and gd knows what else.
They can't shalft 100% of the players....Feds would shut them down
they screw 12-16 % to keep their bottom line ++
Story awhile back on how some of the inside management were winning some of the
Large Fantasy Pools with computer programs that covered virtually all combos of "hot"
players...
