    SBR tried to help already.

1xbet provided enough evidence that you have more than just two accounts that we could not argue the case further.

    I don't know about bonuses.

They won't give you evidence as they are paranoid about giving out any information to beat their security.

They say they limit you and you create a new account shortly afterward each time.

I'm sorry if this is simply not correct but they have provided enough to stop any further arguments from SBR.

I am trying to withdraw my money at 1xbet, and there are several document requirements. I've already sent everything and they don't check my account. They even asked for a medical certificate that I am not a gambling addict.
I just want to withdraw my money, I have R $ 32,000.00 to withdraw. I won 2 jackpot in the slots honestly!
Please clear my account to withdraw 1xbet.
    My 1xbet account number: 219199437.
    Thanks
    Att.

ENZO THEY DO ASK SEVERAL TIMES FOR DOCUMENTS. EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING THEY ARE RECEIVED. Not sure about this health certificate thats new to me. Post the email with them asking for that it doesn't really make any sense

Which line? As long as 1xbet keeps bullying and humiliating players, it remains a scam. Nothing has changed. No reason to side with 1xbet.

am being asked for a medical certificate stating that I am not addicted to gambling. I have already sent this certificate twice. This is absurd what they are doing to me.
I just want you to check my account so that I can honestly withdraw my money from the slots.

show us the email saying they want a certificate. Doesnt make any sense. Who do they want a medical certificate from your doctor?

No language barrier. It's real believe it or not. But I thought they had got past this sort of garbage years ago

1xbet just took 3 steps backward in my estimation with that request. It shows they still think the same old way really.

1xbet confirm this is their official position

1xbetconfirm that they will withhold winnings without a medical certificate saying you can gamble.

This is not the first time 1xbet have pulled this ridiculous stunt to try and steal player funds.

They used to have proper player rep called Eli who guaranteed SBR this would never happen again.

Now some nameless person, without even enough honor to put their name to messages, says 1xbet now officially require this and will not change their minds.

    Message from 1xbet about this issue;

"Considering that the player might actually still have the gambling issues (he himself wrote in the thread that his winnings came from slots), the Security Service worries for the player, therefore we need to be sure that the player can bet in a healthy way

So, that is the reason the player was asked to provide a medical certificate that proves that

If the player will confirm that he's healthy (via providing the certificate needed) - then he'll be able to withdraw his winnings

We asked him to send the certificate again, because he provides the wrong thing - the check for the medical examinations, which lacks the medical report needed

As soon as he provides the document needed he'll be able to withdraw his winnings"

    This company is a disgrace.

Second case if them blatantly stealing and then endlessly justifying the unjustifiable in the last month.

I suspect since their UK license was revoked they no longer feel any pressure to act fairly, so are going back to their old ways of pretty much making up excuses to steal from players again.

BEWARE OF 1XBET - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THEY ARE GOING BAD AGAIN

I'd just explain to my doc that I am dealing with a scamming sportsbook and can he write the medical certificate for them. But why should we have to do that at all?

How do these people live with themselves? The reason we steal is that "the Security Service worries for the player".

If you are really worried for the player, close his account and stop TAKING his deposits is the proper response.

If he has an addiction, how does that justify the book taking winnings?!

They should just pay the guy and close his account if it is really anything to do with addiction problems. That's the normal rules and standards followed by every other major bookmaker.

But we all know it has nothing to do with "the Security Service worries for the player"...

It's 100% about "the security service" making ridiculous excuses to steal players money again, like they used to all the time.
