    My nonpartisan opinion is that as Covid cases and deaths continue ~75,000 and ~1000 a day respectively, his chances to win the electoral college go down.

    But his ppl already know this so they're prepping to contest states like MI PA WI etc. So he can possibly win by taking it to court or Congess gets involved etc.

    Will the books still pay out? He may lose the election but will remain as POTUS. what are the terms of the wager ?

    Huh? How? He can go to court and challenge all he wants, but if he loses he loses. If he refuses to leave, he will be dragged out. There is no requirement that he concede or be gracious. Good thing.
