This post is a bit of a crossover from one of mine on an election odds thread, but it's important. How will the books or the PPH grade wagers on the presidential election, the state elections, single candidates, etc?

Will it be general consensus that night of November 3rd/4th? Will it be when a court rules? Clinton has already told Biden to never concede. Will the wager resolve on inauguration day? What happens if they are still battling it out into January? These are very interesting questions for those of us who want to bet big money on the election.

You all know various book and many PPHs, so please weigh in. I visited a site last night and looked at the rules section under "politics/elections" and it directed me to call in to their customer service (I haven't done this yet).

Also, I don't mind banter about the election, let's at least make the first page about the rules, what they are doing, or what we think is a fair way to decide the winning wager.
