    Yes. TVG does the same but now Twinspires is doing up to $20, or $10 if your horse gets 3rd.

    Right - just read the TOS

    Money paid out on Monday 9/28
    Money back for 2nd or 3rd but if you bet 20 and get 3rd, you get 10 back.
    I am guessing this will be a hughly profitable endeavor for TS

    I would flat bet 10 but I might take a shot on some 20 balls
