I bought an ooni pizza oven. I find they burn the pizza very fast. Personally I like the big green egg pizza . Tried the stone on the grill yesterday and I loved it. I have a nice setup in the back. Probably way more then I need but I like grilling.

If you take over on that you need 4 goals to win the bet. 3 goals means you get hf the money back and lose the other hf.

There's definitely a trick to it, including using an extra stone plate because the oven brick surface gets so hot. Easy to burn the bottom without the top geting cooked.

Pizza is great though when it's done right that's for sure.

    That's not my hand, lol.

It's my daughter's and she paints those nails sometimes.

I couldn't reach and take the pic and setting the note down would catch it on fire.

    That oven is really hot.

You know we were looking at a lot custom and sort of packaged outdoor setups but mostly the pieces in them.

There's always some pictures of the setups, looking nice and showing what they look like all clean and new.

Your shot could easily be in some of those setups, especially with smoker set up like that and the background.

My cousin did this for me. He owns a welding and fabrication business. He does great stuff. I couldn't afford this otherwise.

Best thing is to have a natural gas line outside
    For grill
    For fire pit
    For heat lamps
