Do not increase bet sizes when on a bad run and do not decrease bet sizes when on a good run in fear of losing.

I joke about degenerate gambling but the reality is.

One strong pick per day. 2 to 5 percent of your bankroll.

Do I always win? Of course not.

    Good luck all.

I will give you my own personal tip on how to not chase or over bet online.

Get the amount of cash you have funded online and put it on your table when betting. Whatever you want to bet online, go take that from your physical stack of cash on the table and ask yourself "is this really how much I want to bet?" or am i chasing or just clicking buttons?

Point being, it is so much easier to stare at a computer screen and click buttons vs. putting that actual cash mentality into play.

$500 looks like a low stack online, but $500 most would be happy. BOL

This is really good advice. Handing over the cash at the sportsbook feels a helluva lot different than clicking the button.
