    Seriously....to base a billion dollar franchises draft position on nothing more than the color of the skin of the guy they hire completely undermines any achieve a black coach may have in the future.

    Well, it opens the door for female coaches, wheelchair coaches, etc why not have a Belicheck + 2 cripples as coordinators and a hoe as an assistant and draft #1 every year

    This isn't a minority thing, it is a white vs black thing. Calling it a minority thing justifies the numbers being unbalanced, like 22% of the coaches are one race when they only represent 13% of the nation.

    So shouldn't teams get high picks if they draft more white players? because they are proportionately low compared to the population.
