DeWine said it’s not feasible to keep the economy shut down for the next year or more to keep people healthier. The economic devastation would be too much.
He asked people to wear masks, socially distance and stay indoors when not patronizing a favorite restaurant or stores
also checked with local police/mayor couple days ago and they said they would ignore people reporting others who were at parks shooting hoops, playing sand volleyball... so that's what a bunch of us did the other day (didn't give a fuk that it was only 50 degrees lol)
