    Jared Goff

I said this last week Jared Goff is terrible , if you look at his draft class he’s easily the worst pick out of the top 5 I consider him a slight bust giving the fact what rams gave up to get him . Agree or Disagree ?

    September 2019

Jared Goff was rewarded with a massive contract extension after just three seasons with the Los Angeles Rams, signing a four-year, $134 million deal this week. It comes with $110 million guaranteed, which is the most in NFL history.

His signing bonus of $25 million is far more than Carson Wentz’s ($16.4 million) and he also gets $57 million guaranteed at signing – which is an important number in every contract.

QBs don't hit their primes until like age 30.

He’s not terrible, he’s not Brady or Brees or Rivers, but terrible?
    I think not.

Goff is good if the OL can protect him.. I watched the game yesterday.. Goff is a stud throwing the ball in the hurry up offense. Rams should just go to that the entire game.. Also alot of those Goff INT's weren't all Goff's fault, he got hit while he was throwing the ball..

Rams will be in the dance at the end of the year.. They just need to shore up that defense.. Giving up 55 points yesterday is not gonna work and completely unacceptable!!

Defenses that haven't been together long always take a while. Few new faces in the starting 11 this year. Think Rams don't have an offensive identity.

NFL superbowl winner know who they are. McVay panicked in crunch time during the SB. He didn't know whether to give it to his RBs or let Geoff take over. He didn't know how much to use Gurley, even if he was hurt. Players didn't have any "go-to" plays.

I feel Mahomes can get it done, Brady, Brees. I am not sold on the Rams right now because for a long time you look and say "Gurley is our best player," and then you see the man barely even touches the ball and Geoff is airing it out 60 times.

KC has the same problem as the Rams right now with their suspect defense.. KC isn't shutting down anyone right now on the Defensive end.

Brady and Patriots have to be the front runner to win it all right now. Patriots are looking like they have a VERY STOUT defense right now also!! Still a long season to still play out though... KC or the Rams get it right on the Defensive side of the ball anything is possible..

Goff is an average at best qb. Said it from day one. Rams will not win a Sb with him.

much like matt ryan and shanahan, his success is tied to mcvay. but even worse because he even depends on coach to read defenses pre snap. he has a decent arm, but when it comes to the brees and brady of reading the play and making the right decision quickly, not a strength. brees, brady, rodgers etc can carry a team regardless of strong running game. he is not that class of player and probably never will be.

Yeah but Mahomes controls that team. Rams don't have an offensive player who is in control, be it an RB or QB. Everything the rams run is a gimmick, that's why they couldn't score even 1 td in the superbowl. I would have fed it to Gurley 25 times. Who cares if his knee hurts. Just get surgery in the offseason. Russ Westbrook has had like 3 or 4 knee surgeries and comes back faster and stronger everytime.

Rams aren't that bad offensively and they did make it reaaaaaalllly deep in the playoffs last year.. They need to feed Gurley the ball if his degen knee can hold up

Ya just can't brush off Goff or the Rams after this bad loss just yet. I do think the Rams will be there in the end and in Superbowl. Rams are talented!! I don't think they can win it though as it stands now..

Patriots looking like the champs right now hands down.. Like I said Goatster a long season to go still.. Injuries happen.. One good hit on old school Brady and he goes down things can change in a hurry.. That's the beauty of the NFL nothing is a lock this early in the season.

    Oh yeah I agree 100.

I think the Rams are the most talented team in the league and fully believe they can win it all.

IF THEY GIVE THE BALL TO GURLEY IN THE PLAYOFFS lol.

Gurley is the best player in football imo after Brady and Mahomes.

    We shall see.

Saints are a good team as well. Might be the same 4 teams in the semis. Anything can happen.

Goff threw 5 picks in a game in college, and somehow still went 1st overall.

the Allen kid in buffalo was terrible. i heard all the hype at wyoming. watched a few games and saw nothing. sometimes it helps just to be tall and athletic i guess. it's all about whats upstairs and how quickly you can translate it on the field. Mahomes is amazing to watch as he see everything and executes. jake fromm is gonna be a winner because he has a situational understanding of the game.

Never understood this QB as a draft choice.

The Rams were going to be great the second they got rid of Fisher.

Goff if anything holds them back.
