Need HELP!!! Betroyal Keep Asked me Wait!

Betroyal drag to pay me for 4 weeks already, SLOW PAY!
Actually i just requested to clear my account by requesting USD 1289.

But they keep ask me to contact them back after 2 hours for 3 times per day, I been chasing them everyday for 4 weeks, but they keep ask me to contact back later, seen like their management staff always away when i'm come to livechat, even i follow their command and time exactly.

I'm super lost my confident on them already, because just USD 1289, they keep asked me to wait, this condition happended when POINTBET.com going to bankrupt.

On 1st week, they asked me to withdraw by using MONEY GRAM, so i proceed it, but after 1 week, the MONEY GRAM CODE they are giving is cheat one, i check with my local MONEY GRAM that linked with my country LARGEST BANK, their staff told me, that they cant even see this on the system at all, that mean BETROYAL is cheating me at all.

BS = bull shit..... i boiled down to send your ID, got your ID can't read it please re send, still can't read your resend please scan and send again..... oh wait we can read it but we need to update your account please call back. They then "accepted" my withdrawal and nothing happened, called back and NO withdrawal was ever requested. Re request the withdrawal.... you get the idea.
