    Mobile is back in the Mountaineer State! Delaware North got out of the gate first but was shut down due to a contract dispute. Then WV delayed the other apps because they were afraid that even though bets were being made on in-state servers if payments were made on out-of-state servers they could be violating the Wire Act. As a result, FanDuel, for the first time, implemented a separate app on their own payment platform. As a result funds can now be used seamlessly between DFS and Sportsbook (WV only for now). Hopefully this, combined with PA going live and D.C. coming soon will eliminate the hour+ queues on Saturday and Sunday at Hollywood Casino Charles Town.
