There was 3327 entries in the official Westgate Supercontest this year.

    Top 100 finishers cash.

Five of our SBR players would have cashed this year. Nice result team!

The official winner ended with 59 points for around $1.5million

53.5 points for Yisman would have finished 20th for $28,875

52 points for Trytrytry would have finished 38th for $6,875

51.5 points for Yisman and TryTryTry would have finished 64th for another $3,800 each

51 points for BarkingToad would have finished 79th for $2,267

Next best, Chaoz on 50 points, would have come 141st

No, because I am not close to LV and it doesn't seem worth it to pay a proxy to put in the weekly picks. They typically charge a few hundred dollars plus they want a cut of your winnings if you finish in the cash. Factor in the taxes if you do cash and it's a -EV proposition.

I have tracked my performance against the Westgate/Hilton supercontest the last few seasons, though.

Bearing in mind that this could get a bit too time consuming to run manually if too many join, what do you think the maximum buyin could be to still get at least 56 entries like this year, but hopefully no more than 100? (with just a single pool and max two entries each)

I'll see if we can get some love from SBR for overlay prizes next year too.

$1500 was the cost for the main Supercontest with the 3327 entries.

You may have done even better if in the 5k entry Supercontest Gold actually.

    I was half right.

Yisman would have won the 5k contest with 53.5 and collected $585,000

You would have come third with 52 points.

But that was a winner take all pool.

    GL to all
And the loan has been finally paid off. Will save more points for this year's supercontests! Let's have a 300 and a 1000 one this season, Optional?

I thought you were talking about the 2020 contest in PMs, not this 2019 one.

Looks like you were about 90 short, not 300. Anyway, thanks for fixing it up.

2021 version will be bigger and better with a nice bitcoin/cash prize and weekly bonuses as well.

Still deciding on the entry amount, but will probably be 1500 and max 3 entries.
