I avoid playing with randoms for this. I try to get into hamburger leagues ranging from $200-$500, maybe more. Just big fish with money to throw around who don't give a shit.

This is exactly how I pick my poker tables. Why make it hard?

there is no way in final round golf scoring, the place a person finishes gets points

i lost yesterday not knowing that rule

who would pick someone in like 70th place when top 50 gets like half a point and winner gets 13

there are only 8 total matches (16 players) in the late contests

and you have to pick 6 people

    seems like a crapshoot

These days all I do is the cheap huge tourneys, sometimes I get lucky and have a good cash but nothing worth talking bout last few years..

I’m curious about this for the guys who live in legal gambling states and can bet on draft kings. Do they send you tax form after you win a certain amount?? The years I did well I remember got taxed on all of it. Fukkin government! Lol
Please tell me you didn't get taxed to the tune of 60% like state lottery winners do?

yes, you fill out a w9 if you WITHDRAW over $600

if you PROFIT $600 or more, you get a 1099

so its really about profit as far as i know

i lost a few thousand over the majors this year

started getting serious within last month or two and play every daily matchup (i never knew they had that before)

    withdrew all of my losses

hovering right around $600 up for the year

ill go big time and break even or pay taxes on big scores

not gonna deal with a 1k win for the year and deal with taxes
