    It does suck, it's just a bunch of shinny lights in the desert. Whooopie!!! Alot of fat people walking around on the strip, everything is expensive, casino tables and slots steal your money most of the time. By the time you go home you have empty pockets..

    Some shows and hotel bar lounges are decent. A few buffets are good and that's about it. Well sports betting in the casino books is cool also because you can cash tickets on spot. Limits are high too..

    Vegas is great if you have a net worth of 10 million. Anyone that goes trying to win money and then return home to a job making 75,000 a year is an idiot. It’s 1000s of dollars to visit Vegas for even a few days. Hotels are a rip off. Resort fees are a rip off. Parking is a rip off. Food is a rip off. Airline tickets are a rip off. Car rentals are a rip off. 10 years ago you could get a nice room in Vegas for less than $150.00 a night. Now for a noce room for even just 4 nights you’re talking at least $2000.00 for the trip. Minimum 2K. If you’re a wealthy person thats fine. But an average Joe going to Vegas and returning home to a 9-5 you’re a sucker.

    The facts are simply this. The ONLY reason why Vegas gets away with their ridiculous prices, terrible rule changes, and everything else is because the dumb stupid yuppies allow them to do it. It is the same old story for the young stupid 21-35 year old "macho" fools who get their arses kicked on a regular basis. No one in here should go to Vegas because no one in here has that kind of money to waste. Forget about being good gamblers. Even JJ will admit that he is NOT a good gambler. JJ is right about one thing. Vegas is following Los Angeles's lead. Becoming a toilet bowl of a city full of crime, vagrancy, street whores, and crack heads. If you do not get comps, it is not worth the trip. Vegas is great for established players with a lot of money. For the other 90% of you, stay away. You will be much better off.
