I never mentioned fines or banning because I couldn't care less about that crap

When some rich arrogant prick puts his hands on someone because he thinks he is untouchable, in any manner, he needs to get his ass beat by some real men

Like I said, in the old days he wouldn't have made it out of the arena alive, but in this era of pussy basketball players it makes perfect sense the players would not protect their teammate

Indefensible. Lowry didn't do anything wrong and barely brushed that woman who was I guess that guy's wife. Looks like she tried to bat the ball away before the play was over too.

You can tell by the way he walks out of the arena the guy is a douchebag in all areas of life

Of course he will be banned. The nba don’t need him. What’s the point of sticking up for this guy when thousands of people would take his ownership stake. Look what happened to the clippers owner? Deserved or not it’s not question. Why have this liability(how bad the.nba would look if he puts his hand on another player in the future) when you could just get rid of him. The nba wouldn’t have to do anything, you think the other golden state owners are thinking yeah let’s keep this guy who gave us such great publicity last night. These are billionaires; the worst thing that could happen to them is embrassement and that’s what this guy brought to them

NBA has a zero tolerance policy involving fans and players. They don't want fans thinking they can EVER TOUCH a player... and get away with it... without punishment.

    I'm all for this.

Lol, sounds like you know the guy and hate him. I don't know him so bash on him all you want. Doesn't bother me.

Mac, that's what happens in this world. Homo men crying because they're "not allowed" to get pregnant. College kids sueing their parents because "they had me without my consent." Now you got a 220 pound man with an ass of steel in Lowry flopping out there after a 60 year man put one of his hands on him, and then the man being banned and fined heavily.

If that was a regular fan, they would have gotten a lifetime ban for basically barely doing anything. Yeah, you shouldn't be touching any of the players, but Lowry has frequently launched himself into the courtside seats at these finals for balls he has no chance of getting. I would be pissed too if I was sitting right there, and this idiot came and spilled all my drink and bulldozed into me for a ball that was already out of bounds. If it was a 50-50 play, okay, but Lowry is just fukking annoying.

Lowry is clearly attempting to save the ball. When you buy a ticket courtside you are putting yourself in the line of fire, the same way that a line drive can knock you silly in baseball or a hockey puck can clear the glass and hit you. As a fan , the back of your ticket will clearly outline the lack of liability on the part of the team or venue. That said , he really does clock her pretty good. The press guy should be banned for taking a shot at Lowry after the fact.

He's pushes people because his feelings are hurt? Deserves an even bigger punishment then to make up for his parents not disciplining him enough as a child.

But seriously though, they gotta go with overkill to set an example.

How would you know he learned his lesson? If he does it again, how does the nba look then? What’s the message here if you don’t punish him? It’s okay to touch and hit the players? Relax, he won’t be able to attend nba games, he can still watch it on television like the rest of us, he’s not going to prison.

They should adjust how close the courtside seats are: by making it a couple yards back

Fuk that, kick Drake out too, or tie him to his seat. A line must be drawn or it's going to look like a soccer field out there, or the Raider game in Mexico City.

Now, if they'd just stick to throwing dildos, everyone would be happy.

^^ Lol.. Dildo throwing on the field.

Drake is out of control, he needs to sit his filthy rich ass down for once. He thinks he's a damn player on the court at times. Anyone but him would be arrested and escorted out of the arena already, he runs all over the court with a free pass and touches players all the time.

This just shows how soft the NBA is if a hockey or NFL player got pushed everyone would laugh, because it was an NBA player the media feels the need to make it about race and talk about their white privilege bullshit. My favorite is they are calling the guy an investor not an owner because the term owner isn't politically correct.

    lmao.

When it comes to the NBA, we'll never hear of an owner, much less a "minority owner" of a team, they are bad words now.

The guy is just some VC investor now.

Smart to call him an investor. Less publicity that way. If people thing he's on the same level as say James Dolan it becomes a bigger deal.

I would hope that him being publicly shamed by people hell bent on crucifying him for a 5 second moment of fanaticism would teach him a huge lesson. He seems pretty smart to not let anyone get in his pockets by doing the same stupid shit twice.

Take him out of the picture. Take money, age, color, owner or not. What if it was a little kid or a woman? Would you really want to ban them for life and fine them half a million dollars? The punishment does not fit the crime. It's fukking overkill. He barely shoved Lowry and Lowry really didn't move an inch. I was surprised Lowry even knew he was being touched. It was so soft but of course he flopped like a fish as if he was grappled to the ground in the Octagon.

Back in the day, he would be escorted out of the building and life goes on but now, DAMN! We have to pound his dick into the dirt because we want to burn him at the stake. Now, he's some evil money making devil preying on small poor nba players. GTFOH.

Actually I think it's the far right and left as well as a lot of the middle as well. People love to bash other people in an effort to totally destroy them. You can't even make a mistake in this social media generation. Word gets out and you are crushed like a bug over stupid shit.

and you don't even need verification. In California, if you say that someone else threatened your life. True or not, the police have to arrest you. Especially if a woman says that you hit her or said that you were going to hit her. Off to jail you go. Based solely on her word. Here in Houston, a student can accuse a teacher of ANYTHING and they must take the word of the student. WTF?? A known bad kid accused one of the better teachers and now his career is in jeopardy. How stupid can we be? Who made up that stupid ass rule? Common sense has become much much less common. People don't reason anymore. It's either yes or no and you are guilty until proven innocent.
