    2017 he hit 13 HR's in 409 abs

    2018 he hit 16 HR's in 499 abs

    But this season with 118 abs thus far, 30 Hits and 17 of them for Homeruns

    He's playing in Cincinnati this year though which is a better hitters ballpark than Miami

    How about Miami though, shipping out Dietrich and Yelich

    Haven't seen that much of him but was watching a clip of his 3 hrs last night

    His swing looks a lot like Bonds except they go about 50 ft shorter

    It only took Dietrich 118 at-bats to get to 17 homers, the seventh fewest at-bats by a player with 17 homers since 1961, behind luminaries such as Barry Bonds (116), Albert Pujols (112) and Mark McGwire (93).

    Well Bonds was the hitting coach in Miami when Dietrich was there so they are connected

    The fact that he is getting a little bit better every years suggests he is just co ming into his own.

    Remember Yelich was on that Miami team too when Bonds was there and he was a 20HR/year guy before last season

    seven guys on that team hit .300 at some point. and then bonds was fired. i think there was a bit of jealousy with mattingly as bonds got tons of attention and had a great relationship with the guys.

    no---they are usually UP a lot or DOWN a lot of runs......believe it or not it helps....they pitch right at him w no care of him hitting it out---+ great American ballpark....
