LT, ask your doctor to prescribe you a beta-blocker (ie, inderal, proponalol) for public speaking. It doesn't affect you at all except to temporarily inhibit your adrenal glands from kicking in and making you nervous or jittery. It's damn near a miracle drug for stage fright.

You're too knowledgeable to let something like that hold you back. Stage fright is easily curable​.
