How do I convert BTC to cash I can use

I received bitcoin as a payout and I can’t figure out how to convert it to cash. I saw coinbase but I’m not a fan. Are there similar sites? I see stuff about a btc debit card on here but can’t find anything else.

Any help much appreciated for this noob to crypto

If its just to cash out once, search for a bitcoin ATM in your area (make sure to check if it buys as well as sells)

Buy the bit pay card for 9.99. Then transfer the money to the bitpay card.

Is it possible to use Gyft directly from blockchain wallet ( non-bitpay-payment-protocol) ?

Also, have you used egifter ? does it compare to gyft?

Thank you all for the great advice. Really appreciate it. Sbr is the best. Even works while I’m on vacation, can’t get enough of this place.

Assuming you're not in a rush: If you have Blockchain wallet, if you login to it from a computer, they have an option you can sell the Bitcoin to a 3rd party firm (Blockchain just facilitates the transfer) and have the proceeds direct deposited into your bank account. Costs around 2.5% and might not be available to all states so just something to consider.
