He Took UCLA to 3 str8 Finals fours, including one National Title Game...

His defensive minded style, shines in Tournaments, shown in the above examples...

This team won 25 games last year...

He was able to keep that youth motivated in the NIT (which is very difficult) leading them to the semifinals (final four of NIT)

They bring back basically all of their talent,

Returning 7 Players who averaged over 6 points per come including 3 in Double Digits

They have a top 15 recruiting class in the nation

The kid Tshisumpa reminds me a lot of Mohammad Bomba, he's a but of a project but a lottery talent @ 6/10 260

Reggie Perry is a combo stretch 4 @ 6/9 200

Dj Stewart & Bobby Woodard are 6/6 Wings that will have an impact right away as well..

The Sec has been down for a while, but they are on the rise, don't forget they put 8 teams in the tourney last year...

I'm riding with you on this team. They look very talented and have that Senior PG leadership (which is crucial).

They have a really solid non-conference schedule too (quite a few tough games).

You look at Weatherspoon (who has been productive 3 seasons) and Holman (who has been very productive the past 2 seasons).

The Weatherspoon brother will be good (only a Sophomore, but was productive as a Freshman and the little brothers usually end up being better than the older brother)

The question is Lamar Peters. Shot the 3 ball decent his freshman year, but shot it horribly last season. If he can become a threat from 3 we got a shot.

And throw in a McDonalds All American in the paint, you got to have a little value at 110-1

I’ve liked this team the last two years and like them even more now. Not sure I’d put money down to win the natty but you def got me thinking about final four futures and conference futures. Wish there were win-loss futures in college like they have for nba.

Mississippi State won me a lot of money last year. They were one of my favorite teams to spot bet. Really solid squad. They pretty much always have 5 legitimately good, athletic players on the court at all times. Howland has done a good job down there.
