    Better off withdrawing BTC and depositing to Heritage

    Bookmaker charges hundreds of dollars for a outgoing sportsbook transfers. No other book charges fees for this service. It certainly discourages outgoing transfers to other books, which If I were Heritage or 5dimes, I would return the favor and slap a fee for transfers to BM.
