I never did. It's what you posted.

Here's the next line in the article....

It’s free with an illegal bookie. So what will bettors do?
I don't think they understand what they're writing. LOL

I'm not confused. The writer of the article is.

Those percentages are not for the player. It's for the operator.

Borgata or the operator pays the tax. Has to hire more employees, link up with a service like William Hill. This all costs money before the state gets their cut. -110 used to pay to keep the lights on and hire people to work the phones. This is going to get passed on to the player. This "integrity fee" would be the icing on the cake. If first year tax #'s come in low like it did with weed in Colorado...say hello to -115, -120. Ask anyone who smokes pot. Anyone in the know is simply paying more money for what they were already doing. But now, it's "legal."

As a player, I could care less what the tax arrangement is between a state and a sportsbook.

However, if the result of that arrangement is the posting of > .20cent line, then I care.

We'll see what lines Delaware and the Borgata offer real soon.

In the UK the books are taxed and the cost is passed down to the "Punters" in the form of bad lines...
    Its not gonna be good

Believe the lines in New Jersey will be the same as we saw in Delaware today.
    20 cent baseball lines -140 +120.
-110 both ways for basketball and football.
    No bargain.
Used to -105 juice at heritage.

They can't even get poker right after this amount of time how they going to get betting right? I logged into these poker sites only to find it much slower than what it was a few years ago. Pokerstars didn't even look busy. I think people getting to happy for this for nothing.
