There is too much h8 against Melo.
Take a look at the headlines. All the armchair short memory quippers
demand his benching, and speak of him as if he's garbage. This is
the kind of junk talk that motivates not only the star himself, but
his teammates to get him going. It's that bad. Regardless of how many
minutes Anthony gets tonight, the difference between 26 or 32 won't
matter. What matters is Melo saying enough is enough. You even see
so-called professional sports writers complaining Melo doesn't pass..
when he's never been a passer and always averaged 1-3 apg max.
You see them lamenting his lack of defense... as if he's supposed to
focus on defense. His DRB's are in-line career.

Another issue is the Thunder have now demonstrated twice they can beat
the Jazz even if Melo is a zombie. What does that tell you? It should
tell you that maybe the Jazz aren't so rock solid.
They did not play like men in Game 5 - they played like punks who couldn't believe
they were going to win a series, or started thinking about partying...
then proceeded to poop their shorts. What's this tell you about Quin Snyder, hmm?
If OKC finds the mustard jar again - and Melo's bones aren't locking up,
the naysayers could be in for a big surprise.
stars shine in the darkness..
stars have pride that kicks in out of nowhere.
OKC Series +400 is where the value is.
They are +240 tonight, Gm7 they won't be +160.
Not a big bet, of course... at +400, it sure doesn't have to be.
