    Spurs had good value until the recent controversies with Kawhi Leonard.

    LeBron want Championships because he knows he's running out of time.

    So here's what I believe happens:

    A. LeBron only stays in Cleveland if they find a way to win it all this year
    B. LeBron goes to Houston or Golden State, but it will be with the one who LOSES to the other in the West so he can play savior
