    the last time a 1 was favored by 14-15 pt was 2012. Vermont and Asheville were around 15 pt dogs to UNC/Syracuse.

    My problem is years I follow closely like last few I always fall in love with the little guys throughout year! I almost always pick the right upsets, problem is I also have picked about 7-8 others that are wrong and those teams end up going far! Lol. I leave that out when I say "hey I picked that upset!", truth is I picked a bunch of them!! Lol.

    I honestly don't see as many this year. I only think there 1 or 2 dd seeds that could get to even sweet 16. There a few 7-8's out there I think are dangerous to 1s and 2's in second round. Think that where most my drama will be. Generally what I do if I'm gonna bounce a high seed in next round anyways lot of time I bounce them a round early for hell of it.

    Kansas is notorious for laying eggs in the tourney. Penn defends the 3 well. I would say if this game wasn’t in Kansas they got a chance I just don’t see it happening with the home court

    yeah that was me, both teams were seeded badly is why we have the line

    definitely one of the lowest 1-16 lines for a while

    part of the reason this "should have happened" like i said is because the committee does a really bad job placing the low majors on the correct seed line

    FWIW 5dimes has this prop

    All #1 seeds win by 10+ points -165
    16004 Any #1 seed does not win by 10+ points +125


    yesterday that was about 50 cents higher

    they just won conference championship without there best player & hes back if needed.penn couldnt beat any of the teams ku beat in conf. turny..gl..aka big 12 so tough bcause they play round robin style play every team twice.aka gt21 not home court as in surroundings they dont play at wichita 3 1/2 hours away,maybe home court fans but real homecourt is comfortable with surroundings from playing their often.

    Penn isn't even a "real" 16 seed. Since the First Four/Play-In format, the bottom four teams, which should be the "real" 16 seeds, play heads-up. Penn is more like a 15.

    All the play in games for the 16 seeds does is shift everyone two spots in the s curve.

    Kansas has a fight on their hands. Ivy League teams are always scary and Self is notorious for exiting early. If Penn can hold KU to 35 pct 3 pt shooting this will be a game.

    Mathematically it should of happened by now, I remember once Memphis was only -9 against Oakland. If you multiply all the MLs probably like a 98% chance a #1 should of lost by now.
