    Laws getting passed yes and there only 1or 2 states with the straight bet wont be like delaware where you gotta play parlays

    It's crowded because it's the only race book in AC. Every casino used to have a race book until about 3 years ago when everyone started tightening down and closing up shop. Now all the losers troll the Borg using up those drink tickets, lol.
