Alabama's weakest Link = QB Hurts

    Saban knows that too

Backup quarterback looked good against Tennessee outside of the RZ interception.

Playoff time he'll run the ball and slow down the game. That defense is damn good too. SEC title game against Georgia should be a barnburner.

I had Clemson ML and Spread last year....this year, no one is even close to Bama...Bama will win the title game by 20+ against whoever they play

I still think Auburn poses a threat to Bama in the Iron Bowl as well as GA.

I think Alabams weakest link is always their QB, yet they still dominate

They've won 4 championships since 2009 and this year will probably be 5, and they've done it with suffocating defense and controlling the o-line. This year is no different

If Bama plays Penn State in the title game the line would probably be 9.5

Bama would win that game by 24

While being a Bama fan, they can be beat .
Running QB , mistake free offense and you have a great shot .
Go watch the A&M game , that goddamn 18 yr old freshman QB made the D look foolish yet again .
Auburn is going to be hell because of their defense and it being at Auburn , always hard to beat them at Jordan Hare .
Georgia, not sure much , they play directly into Bama's style of play . Line up and run , that's what Bama wants you to do . They'll beat the brakes off Georgia .
Penn State can beat Bama due to Speed and the combo of a QB, RB plus WR's .
I don't see many others having a great shot but Penn State can do it .

If Hurts is the weak link and they still go to the playoffs then that says a lot about the other teams playing to win a championship. Tells me the other teams need to get better everywhere else to beat Alabama or have a super stud qb like Clemson had.

I think Tagovailoa starts. End of story.

OK, not literally. That’d be pretty boring. Hurts will have a role, albeit not the one he wants.

Some said that Hurts “deserves” the opportunity to start because of his record and what he accomplished the past 2 years. The last time I checked, Saban isn’t handing out starting gigs because he thinks a player “deserves” it. Barring a punishment, players start for Saban based on the belief that they give Alabama the best chance to win football games.

Tagovailoa gives Alabama the best chance to win games.
