    Well the army paid good money to the league for this year's ago. The league won't budge because most organizations are afraid of offending blacks.

    It's not a rule per the publicly availabe league handbook but rather part of the NFL GAME OPERATIONS MANUEL.

    That being said, Goodell has issues brewing.

    Sunday night ratings lowest of the year. Sponsors are nervous- CNBC covering this big time- huge WALL STREET impact if viewer patterns change here due to this.
