Yep, long story and I am so damn mad at [the world, too?] , believing, there are way too many shysters out there in our new world and not enough honest folks to help keep them straight.

After wasting my very valuable time of an hour--okay, it is to me, Bovada did the complete reversal of what an honest Book would do; that is, not cancel a highly controversial wager. A good sized wager, too.
They have faulty wagering software and they evidently want to take advantage of it's flaws because it sure seems their wagering side cannot lose...and my side cannot win. Do they like it that way? Well, after talking to two hardheaded young Bovada helpers and a so-called supervisor, it sure seems 100% to me, that is a fact.

It's such a selfish example of them not giving a customer a break, it's almost unbelievable. l

Just a quickie. Bovada is far, far from a A+ Book. That is of now, and as far as it's past history, I have no clue and do not care.
I want to give back their free bonus money get my refunds and never hear of that name again. SBR needs to do a poll and see if Bovada is as lousy now as they seem to be to me?

Also, while at it, Sbr, prompt them to "fix" that faulty, tricky wagering software.

Bovada has a new layout on their website, they have a new bonus level rewards program where you acquire bet points by just your volume of play and a small percentage rebate on your losses..You can also cash out your bet points free play at any time.

I don't like it.. It only funds the casino in free play and not the sports free play from what I've seen so far.. A small rollover goes into effect as well.. Still it's all free stuff so I can't complain.. I just liked the old system better..

Bovada has never screwed me over but has caused me some trouble in the past.. I'm still on board... You can win money with their casino play also.. I find it far more generous then other books with the casino play..

Bovada has always had the best customer service in the business in my experience. They reply to emails very quickly and whenever I call in I usually get a super clear phone line with a competent person on the other end that speaks clean English. Bovada odds aren't good on favs, but they usually have some of the best dog odds. You can live bet on almost anything. Their old bonus program was very generous. The new rewards program might be good as well, but I haven't played their enough recently to get a sense of its value. Whenever I cashout it says that my payout won't be processed for 2-3 days, but I almost always get the money within a day.

Maybe they're on the decline like you said or it could just be this isolated incident you're having with them. Even good companies don't get everything right all the time. Hard to say much more since you've provided very little detail in two posts in a thread you created.

Let Bovada explain the latest offer on Clemson/Auburn? I took Auburn and bought the offered 1/2 point, as you can see on this wager ad. What did I get when I used the wager review [hidden line when I bought the supposed advertised 1/2 point.] So I didn't know I got nothing but the same +6 until I sent the wager in.
However, I did get the juice added on, the 1.20.
I really believe the line I originally played was Auburn +6 -1.05. Then, when I bought the offered 1/2 point, it went to + 6-1.20.

Maybe they finally doctored it up? But I just posted that line above, yet it may be the one I saved a few hours ago? I am not quite sure, but a blind man can see where the 1/2 point offer is stated, and yes, it was there at least 4 times earlier today when I went back to double-check to see if I could prove them wrong. And yes, they are proven wrong with the exact copy above with the +6 and the extra 1/2 point offer.
They firmly stated several times..."we don't offer 1/2 points on even numbers." Wrong and they were not very nice about it either.

Where ever choice they make, they already look like assholes.

You can only buy up or down to even numbers so you weren't going to get 6.5 if the line was 6. If it was 5.5 then you could buy it up to 6.

All three Bovada employees told me after I asked them this question..."Are you telling me you haven't seen this wagering-software problem before?"
All three said, never, no one had had this problem. For one thing--why do they not make this non-buying rule on even numbers, right there in the wagering box for all to see. Now how hard is that to do?
Not stating it in the box is the sole reason I have this headache right now. There is NO excuse not to have it listed there...none.

Get this one. After they answered that statement about no one else has had that wagering problem, get this; I know one fellow personally, that had the same almost identical problem as I did.
With all the hundreds, maybe a few thousand customers, they had the gall to state that I was the only customer with that issue.
BS! I was the other person with the same identical problem Saturday. I even filed a complaint with them about it Sat. or Sunday. I think Sat. Thank goodness the bet didn't take that time. Even though something weird happened every time I tried to get that option shown, buying a 1/2 point. The line was 8 I do believe, yet when I tried to buy the extra offered 1/2 point, the 8 went to 7 1/2. And I tried several times and got the same response.. dropping down to 7 & 1/2.

When I filled out that complaint, they sent the usual reply that is so popular these days, via email..." Thank you, we will get back in less than 24 hours."
Guess what? They didn't get back or resolve the problem so here I am again 4 days later.

It's time to try and fight Bovada and look for a scratch of that unintended play of Auburn +6. One note some seem, or may not have understood: Before you go for that extra 1/2 point, the review screen [this time for sure] does not show you what your buying so you have to believe you are getting the 1/2 point. While processing mine did stay at 6 and I then followed through with the buying process.
It does show you the charge for the extra 1/2 point, since it plainly stated 1 fresh new rate of 1.20, not 1.05, or 1.10 as the original +6 did.

I do have SBR, I hope, watching my back. With guys like you unowho, bettors need all the help they can get to keep our Books operating with dedicated honesty and NOT using tricky software or deep hidden rules that seem to never surface until they have you hung.
