    Just logged into my account and got a message saying it was disabled and to contact Customer Service. So I sent an email to them and just a few minutes later I get a response stating they have been running some updates and there are a few glitches and to try again.

    I was able to log in successfully after that.

    Pretty good customer service in my opinion.

    I'm sure they are still working out the bugs on their crappy new website layout.. I've experienced glitches as well..
