I assume it's the same as everybody else. Most books who limit, start with those wagers. They aren't too scared of straight wagers.

Have been kicked out/limited from plenty of sites on all bets including straights, so I do know sites that do it. Just stating that the idea betonline doesn't limit isn't true. They do.

more concerning and not common for a sportsbook is that they last month stole over $6000 from a player (Actually and SBr poster) by not granting him his winning PROP plays, claiming their prop was too hard to grade? it was not hard to grade it was perhaps not simple but not hard. Many other B+ and A- and A SBR sponsor books for football to consider.

Well I've been saying it for about three years now this is a very underrated book with a tremendous mobile platform, tremendous live betting platform and one of the few books that puts up early openers I think also a lot healthy limits i'm probably the best bonus program for active users . It's a real big time world wide book now

This thread's timing really is an interesting one. Betonline has been getting beaten up pretty badly of late, and rightfully so especially with the case trytry referenced with betonline stealing $6,000 from a player.

Yet, every word out of JJ's mouth is how tremendous they are. Surely sounds like JJ is taking a lil on the side for his comments, a book that needs positive publicity right now.

I believe I know who you're referring to. Yes, it sucks to be in that person's shoes. I've made numerous posts about my feelings on PROP wagers here at SBR. I would never allow myself to get in a pickle on a PROP wager. Once a book starts falsely grading straight wagers... then we can all go ape sh#$.

I've noticed A LOT MORE ridiculous prop wagers than ever before. Funny to read em... but to lay money on em? Man... very ballzy. Seems like "THE WORDING" is to protect the House. Just my opinion.

And to the casino post above in post #37, the label on there says BetOnline, but that live system was used by several books including 5 Dimes who with BOL, got rid of it, so it wasn't an exclusive BOL problem.
The problem for me, a football bettor like every poster here, is how can you not buy points? It's one of the most basic things in wagering. Hard for me to recommend this as a sportbook to friends who want to bet pigskin.

you can buy points in the bet slip

put the bet in the bet slip, then there's a drop down menu next to each bet where you can buy points... high juice and can only buy up to 2 points usually, but i'm surprised you guys think you can't do it

Appreciate the explanation, I guess if you looked to buy you would eventually figure it out , contact them or something .
I stand corrected , BoL does have the buy option but I've never really looked into it and still won't be using it but it is there .
Truly learn something new everyday.

i don't think i've bought points there more than a couple times... would be much more interested in selling points but they don't allow that like 5dimes does

over the long run you're dead on that it's a losing proposition to buy points, unless there's some goofy angle like teams going for 2 point conversions early in games and buying off the 1/2

Let's all remember; at crunch time before kickoff 5Dimes is either slow or down. Bookmaker and BOL are hit and miss but usually slow.

Its smart to have a couple of different geographic locations funded. BOL Panama, 5D and BM CR and maybe a Intertops in Antigua.
