    Why would you ever want to open a deli? They make zero money and are way more of a headache. You are better than that JJ.

    constant spoilage, lunch time is the busiest time and most people are cheap, low revenue and margins suck

    At our salon, the girls make 40% commission, and our margins on product sales is 50%. Our average ticket sales or customer is about $100, so high revenue and high margins. See the difference?
