    BetOnline.ag Complaint

Edit by SBR: We have sent your complaint to BetOnline for review.

Now , i understand these guys are supposed to be legit well ..

On the 12th of June, I Sent through a payment of $400 USD via Western un to Betonline.ag following there 2 step process .

The process requires you to type in your amount + full name (step one) .

Send money to the representitive in either ********** , in my case I was told to send the money to ******* - ********* .

I went down to my nearest agent sent the money away then was given a******** which i confirmed with there team (step two).

I was told to wait 24 hours before collection would be made and my account would be credited.

So they got back to me with this email *****

I contacted them again saying how the money was definitely picked up . I confirmed with ** they said money was definitely accepted . Betonline.ag are trying to claim the money was returned however this is not possible with ** , once an agent has paid out the money you can no longer return it , with a quick check on their website using the tracking number you will notice the MTCN number has been picked up , meaning it was received . I just want either my money returned or credited to my account .

If someone could help out here , that'd be awesome .

You were told to wait 24 hours? That right there doesn't add up. This process takes an hour at the most, I have done it many times over the years. The other detail that makes zero sense is the return. That is impossible via **. The only thing that can be messed up is putting in the receivers name and if this happens they would have never been able to complete the process on their end. Only the sender can call in and handle that situation. Once you receive the email that it was picked up they would have to do a whole new transaction to refund the money in which case the person sending would have to pick it up in person. You actually can't even call in anymore, as the sender, and change info. The only option is to cancel the transaction and resend.

Exactly , live in New Zealand too which means international fees when speaking to an unhelpful CS team who just repeat what the email states . I have never used Western un before hearing about all the scams associated with it but assuming these guys were the real deal ..

Actually it is possible to have your funds returned with eastern confederate.

Happened to me not too long ago I sent my buddy a grand who is out in Puerto Rico because he spent all his money on hookers and blow and gambling and just needed a thousand bucks to get him home.

While it was a huge pain in the ass let me tell you that.

I had to wait for Eastern Confederate to issue me checks the whole thing took about 24 hours from start to finish and then I had to deposit the money into my bank account.

Dude BetOnline cares about your $400 like a dog cares about a fart in the Wind.

Calm your little buns down it will get resolved, find yourself a good local so you don't have to go through this bullshit every time.

...... in the end Eastern Confederate told me they didn't want my business and not to give them any more business. Must have been all the times I used them to deposit into sportsbooks in the past

Probably just another attempt to route people to Bitcoin.

Look at the email, they tell you one transaction is returned and provide a bitcoin info link in the very next paragraph.

The writing is on the wall, this isn't the first site to provide reason to be discouraged about using payments other than bitcoin.

Exactly, sportsbooks outsource the processing of person to person transactions these days. God only knows who they have working in those places. Bitcoin the only way to go now a days.
