Only the sender can call in and handle that situation. Once you receive the email that it was picked up they would have to do a whole new transaction to refund the money in which case the person sending would have to pick it up in person. You actually can't even call in anymore, as the sender, and change info. The only option is to cancel the transaction and resend.
